The company is mandated to maintain at least one Certified Tree Safety Professional (CTSP) on its staff at all times. This individual is responsible for managing the company’s safety program. Additionally, there must be at least one ISA Certified Arborist for every ten employees. Presently, at Johnson Ops Tree Care we have seven ISA-certified arborists on our team. The auditor reviews financial and operational data and conducts site visits to ensure that all business activities comply with the established best practice standards. This preparation process can span several years and is characterized by its rigor and thoroughness.
We commit to upholding this status:
- As a commitment to our clients to provide exceptional service quality
- As a commitment to our employees to ensure the safest work environment possible
- As a commitment to our community to continuously learn and advance in arboriculture, always pursuing the latest information, practices, and training.
We uphold this standard to exceed the basic services of tree removal, tree pruning, or plant healthcare. Our commitment is to continually improve in our field, demonstrating that we are not only proficient in our work but also dedicated to performing it safely, with the highest level of care and professionalism.
